After updating to iTunes 10, many people have reported that they can no longer import CDs.  Apple is aware of this and is working on a fix.

The majority of Automater workflow actions also don’t work after updating to iTunes 10, so if you live and die by iTunes Automater workflows, avoid updating for now.

If the Help system doesn’t work in iTunes after updating to v10, delete the following two files:

  • ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.help.plist
  • ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.helpviewer.plist
