Apple has released Security Update 2013-002 for both OS X 10.6.8 and 10.7.5, providing all the relevant security enhancements added to OS X 10.8.4, including: Prevents non-admin users from turning off FileVault via the command line, correcting the CUPS lpadmin group from being granted root privileges, and fixing a SMBX bug that allowed authenticated users to write files outside of the shared directory.

A handful of people have posted that after applying this Security Update they lost all network connectivity (receiving a self assigned IP address from both Ethernet and AirPort). Traditional troubleshooting methods have been reported to fix this issue, including zapping the PRAM or downloading (from a different Mac) and re-applying the OS X 10.8.4 Combo Updater.
